The product was developed by us with a clear goal of making it easier for consumers to cook delicious plant-based meals at home without having to compromise on taste or texture. The result was a unique, gluten-free and crispy tofu. In this year’s competition, over 600 products, from 67 retailers, in 27 countries, were evaluated by an international jury, who described our winning entry as: ✨ “Innovative novelty” ✨ “A very accessible and appealing format” ✨ “A stylish and innovative way to present tofu” Behind the award lies fantastic teamwork between category, range development, purchasing, quality, design and product development. An incredibly fine confirmation that Dagab’s innovation, curiosity and courage to challenge are driving development forward both in Sweden and internationally.
